TRRAIN- (Trust for Retailers & Retail Associates of India) is a 12AA, 80G public charitable trust with a purpose to create an inclusive and equitable society. TRRAIN is committed to building an inclusive and equitable workforce, particularly addressing the stark disparities faced by Persons with Disabilities (PwDs) and women in India dedicated to empowering them through the retail and allied sector by providing skill development and employment opportunities. Through our key initiatives, we have been able to create a sustainable impact through the retail industry. Over the years, we have impacted over 54,000+ lives through our Livelihood and employment programs, with more than 38,000 Persons with Disabilities and 16,000+ Young women trained and 70% of them placed in sustainable jobs. "
