Ground Zero (registered as GZ Foundation in 2024) is a Section 8 nonprofit working to strengthen the hiring ecosystem for India’s nonprofit sector, based out of Dehradun, India. We believe that strong, mission-driven teams are the backbone of lasting social change.
In just two years, we have partnered with over 100 nonprofits—helping them recruit talent across roles from mid-senior to leadership. Beyond hiring, we support HR teams to build strategic alignment, set up HR functions, and implement systems that enable long-term organizational growth.
Our vision is to nurture a vibrant and inclusive ecosystem that empowers young people and advances women into leadership. By combining talent acquisition, training, research, and partnerships, we enable nonprofits to strengthen their program vision, build capacity, and align strategically with stakeholders.
