Nguvu Collective is a feminist systems-change organisation that supports local changemakers across Africa and Asia to lead bold, narrative-shifting advocacy. Our work began as a flagship leadership initiative within the Change.org Foundation and became an independent organisation in 2022. Today, we equip emerging Change Leaders with the skills, confidence, and platforms to shift public narratives, mobilise communities, and influence equitable policy and institutional change. More than 100 organisations as well as 500 women leaders have participated in our programmes, contributing to wins that have improved the lives of almost 300 million. Our approach is rooted in community, creativity, and the belief that collective leadership can transform systems.
A world where people most affected by injustice, especially women, strategically use their collective power to shift narratives, influence decisions, and transform the systems that shape their lives.
