Founded in 2007 by Adrienne Monteath-Van Dok and Hayley Bolding, Atma was born from the realisation that NGOs are often founded by passionate changemakers who often lack the organisational support necessary to scale their impact.

Atma's goal is to bridge this gap by strengthening the organisational capacity of NGOs, helping them sustain and grow their impact. By transforming high potentials into high-impact organisations, Atma enables them to multiply their impact.
